Return and Cancellation Policy

At Palomino Spa, all services and deposits are non-refundable. Because our website is exclusively for booking appointments, we do not process returns or exchanges for physical products.

Appointment Changes and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at palominospaps@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No Refunds on Services or Deposits

We do not offer refunds for:

• Service deposits
• Completed services
• Missed appointments
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours)

Damages or Issues

If you ever experience an issue with your appointment or service, contact us immediately at palominospaps@gmail.com so we can review and resolve the situation.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
